Bo

Say hello to Storey Creek's Bo'sun, known to all who admire him as Bo. This bug handsome guy is a registered Percheron trained in Dressage.  Bo has a great personality and a love for granola bars!  A big hug to my husband who got Bo for me to further my equestrian adventure.  I'll be updating as both Bo and I continue in our education.

Cosmo

What a sweet Valentines Day gift from my husband. This colt came here at 8 months old and he is such a nice animal to train. Cosmo turned a year old in May, 2009 and is now a gelding.

Cosmo comes from a long line of pleasure/show horses.  He is an excellent student and will be under saddle sometime in 2010.

One of our Labradors, Sad Sack, was brought out of retirement to help us train a young retriever for a special friend from the north country. Cody came to Kwiksilver at age 9 months to start his training for field trials. We are providing the basic foundation for Cody. These labradors, when successful, will run trials their whole life. This is intense training. Cody's owner and I are thankful to my husband Wayne and our nephew Dusty for all the birds they threw for Cody.

Jake

We had another Labrador from the north country come to us for some young dog training.  Jake came here at eight months old.  His sire was the number one open all age dog for 2008 and his dam is an accomplished field trial dog who is a younger sister to our old guys.

Jake is the 4th generation from my first Labrador Patti.  It is nice to see the line continue on and that the "ladies" can be competitive and still produce offspring with talent.  Good luck to Jake and his owner Leonard !

WHAMMY

2/8/1992 - 7/8/2006

Hello friends,

I write you all a message of sadness on the loss of my beloved Labrador Retriever "Whammy."

She was an excellent field trial competitor and outstanding hunting dog, well known in her competition days as "the little dog with the big heart."  She has been a very special and constant companion for 14 years and I can not comprehend the amount of sadness I have experienced losing her.

May my sweet Whammy rest in peace and run in fields where the birds never stop flying.

Krissy
